How many users can be added to basic Quack App?

 Users, one but you can have as many workers as you need. 

Pro version is unlimited users as with the workers the same as many as needed. 

If you feel like you would require more users than normal, please get in touch. 

Is the quack app secure?

SSL locked as seen in web browser. No personal information is held by the quack app only names. All information is deleted after 30 days of the company not wanting to use the service and cancelling payments. 

Payments are taken by a third party so this information is only held by the third party/ bank. 

General App Overview:

1. **What is the primary purpose of the app?**

The purpose is to enable companies to maximise their workforce by utilising overtime and putting workers that require extra shifts into the available shifts, saving the company from losing shifts and profits.

2. **What platforms does the app support (iOS, Android, Web, etc.)?**

At this stage the only platform that’s available is iOS, the Android is currently being developed.

3. **How is this app different from its competitors?**

There is nothing else that offers this platform or service. 

4. **Is the app free or does it have premium features?**

The app is free for employees, companies pay either £14.95 for a basic package or £29.95 for our premium package. 

 Features and Functionality:

5. **What are the key features of the app?**

The key feature is automatically covering shifts without the need for traffic officers. 

6. **Does the app integrate with other software or services (e.g., cloud storage, messaging apps)?**

At this point the App is a stand alone application. 

7. **Are there any upcoming features or updates planned?**

We are currently building the android version. 

8. **Can the app be customized to suit specific user needs?**

Yes! Our developers have enabled our customers to be able to use their own logos and livery across the platform. 

9. **Is there an offline mode available, and how does it work?**

At the moment, internet connection is required. We anticipate users will be able to use our system offline in the coming months.

Usability and User Experience:

10. **Is the app user-friendly for beginners, or does it have a steep learning curve?**

Our app is designed for ease of use. We have extensive online tutorials and walkthroughs that can be accessed via our info pages. We also offer 1 to 1 online help via video or phone chat. 

11. **Does the app offer tutorials or a help section for new users?**

Yes via our info page.

12. **How can users report bugs or suggest improvements?**

Either email, chat to us. We are always happy to receive feedback! 

13. **Can the app be used for collaboration, and how does that work?**

No. This is not needed.

14. **How often is the app updated, and how are updates communicated to users?**

Updates will come as improvements are made. It’s a brand new service, we know that updates will be needed at some point. 

Updates will normally take place overnight and warnings will be sent. 

Security and Privacy:

15. **How does the app handle user data and ensure privacy?**

We have strict GDPR rules and take data privacy seriously. We do not collect any sensitive data or information. Only names. Companies can even use numbers and letters for their workforce if required. 

16. **Does the app use encryption for sensitive data?**

No sensitive information is collected by The Quack App. Payments are collected by a third party. 

17. **Is two-factor authentication (2FA) supported?**

Not at this stage.

18. **What steps has the app taken to protect against data breaches?**

The Quack App wants to protect all

Users, which is why we do not collect data or information that could be collected or breached. Should the unlikely event of a data breach occur, the only data that could be accessed would be a name. Nothing else.

19. **How can users delete their accounts and all associated data?**

This can be done by the user’s company deleting the worker from the system or by simply sending a email to us at the Quack App. Once the company stops using our services, all data is deleted by way of compliance according to GDPR.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

20. **What should users do if the app crashes or freezes?**

We recommend logging in and out to start with, if the problem persists we would recommend deleting the app and installing once again. If the problem continues, please contact customer support.

21. **Is there 24/7 customer support available?**

Not 24/7 but definitely during office hours and stretching into the late evening.

22. **Are there any known compatibility issues with specific devices or operating systems?**

Our latest version will work on the latest version of iOS. For much older versions, may face some issues. 

23. **How can users recover their account if they forget their password?**

Password reset is very easy to find and resets passwords immediately.

24. **What are the system requirements to run the app efficiently?**

Our app has been designed and built around the current iOS version. 

 Performance and Scalability: 

25. **How does the app handle large amounts of data?**

No large data is collected or required to run the Quack App.

26. **Are there any performance issues when using the app on older devices?**

None reported!

27. **How does the app perform under heavy user load or traffic?**

Very well. Our servers are designed for heavy traffic. 

28. **Does the app use a lot of battery or data, and how can this be optimized?**

No, it’s a very low power requirement for the Quack App.

Feedback and Community Engagement:

29. **Is there a community forum where users can ask questions or share feedback?**

Not at this stage, possibly in the near future. We always gratefully welcome feedback. 

30. **Does the app have a feedback loop or beta testing for users to influence future features?**

Feedback always welcome!
